1. GST Inclusion in Prices
- All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
- Taxes are calculated as per Indian GST regulations and reflected in the final payable amount at checkout.
2. GST Invoice
- A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every confirmed order.
- The invoice will include:
- Seller details (Hues & Stitches name, address & GSTIN)
- Invoice number & date
- Customer name & billing address
- Product description
- HSN/SAC code
- Taxable value
- CGST & SGST / IGST (as applicable)
- Total invoice value
- The invoice will be shared via email and/or along with the shipment.
3. Corporate, Bulk & B2B Orders
- For corporate and B2B purchases, the invoice can include:
- Company name
- Billing address
- GSTIN
- Customers must provide accurate billing and GST details before order confirmation.
- Invoice revisions after production or dispatch may not be possible.
4. Order Processing Requirement
- Order processing will begin only after:
- Successful payment confirmation
- Final design approval (for customized products)
- Receipt of correct billing details and GST information (if applicable)
5. Compliance with GST Law
- Hues & Stitches complies with all applicable Indian GST laws and invoicing rules.
- Any change in tax rates or statutory requirements will be implemented in pricing as mandated by law.
