At Hues & Stitches, all products are made-to-order with custom embroidery and/or printing. To ensure smooth processing and clarity, please review our payment policy below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
2. Advance Payment for Custom Orders
- All customized orders require an advance payment to initiate production.
- In some cases (bulk or special orders), 100% advance payment may be required.
- Order processing will begin only after payment confirmation
- Standard payment terms:
- 50% advance payment at order confirmation
- Remaining 50% payable before dispatch.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
- Applicable taxes (GST, if any) will be mentioned separately in the invoice.
- Prices may vary based on quantity, design complexity, fabric type, and printing/embroidery method.
4.Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Due to the nature of customized products, payments are non-refundable once production has started.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after design approval and payment confirmation.
- In case of order cancellation before production begins, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting design or processing charges.
5. Failed or Delayed Payments
- Orders with incomplete or failed payments will not be processed.
- If payment is delayed beyond the agreed timeline, production schedules and delivery dates may be affected.
6. Bulk & Corporate Orders
- Bulk or corporate orders may require separate payment terms.
- Payment milestones will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation.
7. Payment Confirmation
- Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- For bank transfers, customers are requested to share the payment reference or receipt for verification.
