1. Acceptance of Terms
- By using our services—including custom embroidery, DTF printing, and purchasing personalized apparel—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Order Confirmation & Production
- All orders are processed only after payment confirmation (full or partial, as applicable).
- Customers must review and approve the following before production begins:
• Artwork / design
• Placement
• Size
• Colours
• Quantity
• Product type - Once design approval is given and production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.
- Production timelines start only after:
• Payment confirmation
• Final design approval - Turnaround and delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until the order is confirmed.
3. Product Variations
As all products are custom-made:
- Slight variations in colour, embroidery thread shades, print output, size, or placement may occur.
• Colours may appear different on screens due to lighting and display settings.
• Minor variations within industry tolerance are not considered defects. - For customer-supplied garments or fabric:
We do not guarantee embroidery or print results and are not responsible for damage caused due to fabric quality, thickness, dye, or incompatibility with the process.
4. Intellectual Property
- All artwork, logos, and designs shared by customers are assumed to be owned by them or used with proper permission.
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their designs do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Hues & Stitches is not liable for any legal claims arising from unauthorized artwork.
- All content on our website and social media—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the intellectual property of Hues & Stitches and may not be used without written permission.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
5. Portfolio & Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph and use completed orders for our portfolio, website, and social media for marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing at the time of placing the order.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Hues & Stitches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- For customer-provided garments or materials, any damage during embroidery or printing due to fabric defects or unsuitability will not be our responsibility.
- Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the particular order.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if production has not started.
- Once production begins—including digitizing, embroidery, stitching, or printing—cancellations and refunds are not possible.
- Refunds for damaged or incorrect items are handled as per our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
8. Privacy
- Customer information is collected only for order processing, communication, shipping, and service improvement.
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except:
• Payment gateways
• Shipping partners

9. Force Majeure
Hues & Stitches shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, courier delays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City, State].
