Hues & Stitches – Customer-Friendly and Transparent

At Hues & Stitches, every product is crafted with care and is usually made-to-order or personalised. Because of this, our return, refund, and cancellation policies are designed to be fair, clear, and transparent for both our customers and our team.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started.
  • Once production begins — including digitizing, embroidery, stitching, or printing — the order cannot be cancelled, as the item is custom-made and cannot be restocked.

2. Return Eligibility (Only for Approved Cases)

  • To be eligible for a return (in case of a damaged or incorrect product):

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
    • It must be in the original packaging with tags intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Customised / personalised products
    • Made-to-order embroidered or printed items
    • Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer
    • Change of mind after order confirmation
    • Sale or discounted items
  • We strongly recommend checking size, colour, design, and custom details carefully before placing your order.

4. Damaged / Wrong Product (Replacement Policy)

  • We offer a replacement or partial refund only if:

    • You receive a damaged item, or
    • You receive the wrong product
  • To be eligible:
    • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory
    • You must share uninterrupted unboxing video along with your order number

     Without an unboxing video, damage or missing-item claims will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Eligible cancellations requested within the 24-hour window
  • Approved cases of damaged / incorrect products (if replacement is not possible)

Once approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Recheck your bank account
    2. Contact your card provider / payment gateway
    3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered

To request an exchange, email us with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for request
  • Product photos
  • Mandatory unboxing video

7. Return Shipping (For Approved Returns Only)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (If Any)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking
