At Hues & Stitches, we take great care to ensure your custom-made orders are delivered safely and on time. Please read the shipping details below to understand our process.
1. Delivery Areas
- We currently ship across India.
- We offer free standard shipping across India.
- The shipping cost is already included in the product price.
- We are working on enabling international shipping in the future.
2. Order Processing Time
- All products are made-to-order.
- Production begins only after:
• Successful payment confirmation
• Final design approval (for customised orders) - Estimated production timelines:
- Small / Single Orders: 3–7 business days
• Bulk / Corporate Orders: 7–14 business days
• Large or highly customised projects: Timeline shared in the quotation - Processing time includes design finalisation, embroidery/printing, and quality checks before dispatch.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship through Delhivery and other trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Tracking updates are provided by Delhivery and may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
- Risk and ownership of the product transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines may be affected during festivals, public holidays, natural disruptions, or unforeseen courier delays.
Additional Shipping Charges (If Applicable)
- Extra charges may apply for:
- Remote or hard-to-serve locations (e.g., Northeast India, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar)
- Bulk orders exceeding standard quantity
- Oversized or heavy packages
- Express or priority shipping requests
- Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before production begins.
5. Partial Shipments
Bulk or large orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.
Separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
6. Packaging
- All products are securely packed to protect embroidery and print quality during transit.
- We aim to use minimal and eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.
- Premium or customised packaging may incur additional charges.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- As all products are made-to-order:
- Order modifications or cancellations are not possible once production has started
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and be available to receive the package.
- If delivery fails due to:
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept the order - Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
- In the rare case of damage or missing items, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process the request, please share:
• A complete unboxing video
• Clear photos of the issue
• Order number - Without an unboxing video, the request may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
10. Courier Delay Disclaimer
- Once dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner’s network and serviceability.
- While we continuously coordinate with our logistics partners, Hues & Stitches is not liable for delays beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
